Placed an order on 6/25. It never shipped.
Sent emails to customer service with only an auto-reply and case number. No one followed up, either in writing or on the phone. Numerous phone calls to "customer service" when no one picked up the phone EVER! Just lousy music on hold with a count down on how many times the recording played!
I see this company owner on TV helping other companies; why doesn't he stay home and make sure his own company is working.
Heads should roll over their "technical glitch." Cancelled my order today. Never again will I be sucked in.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
