Placed an order on 6/25. It never shipped.
Sent emails to customer service with only an auto-reply and case number. No one followed up, either in writing or on the phone. Numerous phone calls to "customer service" when no one picked up the phone EVER! Just lousy music on hold with a count down on how many times the recording played!
I see this company owner on TV helping other companies; why doesn't he stay home and make sure his own company is working.
Heads should roll over their "technical glitch." Cancelled my order today. Never again will I be sucked in.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of camping world online order. Camping World needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
