Don't deal with them, but if tou do, get everything in writing! We put a deposit on an RV, at the last minute we decided not to trade ours in or by the new RV.
We were told deposit was refundable, but CW refuses to refund our deposit and failed to give us their refund policy or be clear on dealing. We only signed a customer quote, no contract.
Their vehicle prep fees are very high and only a way to make more money on an RV that should have been ready to sell. Why do we have to pay them to clean and ready a new vehicle and they are keeping our deposit to cover a prep fee.
