On March 17, 2017 I purchased a 2014 Itasca Navion. The Financial manager Ms.

Holston talked me into buying extended policies that I did not need and mislead me. For example, she said that wheels on the RV would cost several thousands of dollars. When I arrived home, I checked the wheels and discovered that these were steel wheels and would cost approximately $100 new. I called and requested that this Tire and Wheel policy be cancelled and to cancel the road side assistance.

It's been 45 days since I made the request and still no refund. In fact, she has only replied to one of the numerous emails I've sent her. However, I have also sent a copy of my emails to Dan Murray, Gen Sales Manager and Keith Brahier Gen Manager, and neither of them has replied either. Poor service all the way to the top.

And they talked about "we're family now". This is not how you treat family.
