Double charged my bank card on two seperate orders. When I complained I was told that is how our system works.

We were not advised of the double charge prior to purchase which caused my bank account to encure bank charges as well. Weeks of frustration trying to get the mess straightened out. Order promised on a certain date. This did not happen either.

It is impossible to deal with them as no one seems to have answers to my questions. The first order I did on the internet the second order I called and spoke to a live person who assured me the double charge would not happen again. IT DID! Will not deal with them again.

we have been dealing with them for man, many years. Not anymore though.
