Camping World - Don't go there
Took trailer in for winterizing and some warranty work. Made an appointment.
Dropped trailer off. Was gold it would take 3 days to submot warranty approvals and about a week to repair items. Called a week later to find out whats hoing on since they did not call me. To find out they hadnt even looked at it yet.
Was told they are busy. Whats the point of making an appointment. After 6 weeks no one called me back so i called them and wss told they still didnt look at it. Asked to speak to a mgr and the tech gets nack on the phone and says oh we did look at it and will be submotting paperwork for warranty.
I said when and he says the end of the week this was tuesday i said why not today. He says we do it all together.
Decided to call and talk to ceo office that sYs if your not happy then im not happy. What a joke! The person calls and leaves a meesage for me.
I call back and get told sjes on another call so i leave a message for her to call me back. 2 hours later i call again and get told she left for the day. She calls me today and tells me the same thing. They were busy because winter came sooner than expected, really its Chicago and it hsppens the same time every year which is why i took it in to be winterized.
Asked what they were going to do about it.
She says what do want me to do about it. At that point i said obviously you guys dont care and hung up.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
