Bought a surge protector in April 2015 + 2-year protection plan.Item malfunctioned within manufacturer's 1 year warranty so was replaced by manufacturer.

Protection plan won't be adjusted to cover NEW surge protector for 2017-2019 as should be after new manufacturer's warranty expires in 2017 and won't refund because it's been active for one year. Coverage will now only be for one year (2017)....because item is DOUBLE covered for year of 2016 and if it malfunctions again, who will replace it? Manufacturer or Insurance company? What a scam!

Camping World is really good at pushing issue off on to next person.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "paid for 2 year coverage, getting only one" of camping world protection plan and associated monetary loss in the amount of $10. Camping World needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.

This is typically the way any protection plan works -- Square Trade, best buy, extended warranty, etc.
