My 2010 Jayco sunroof was damaged, which then caused damage to the underlay of the roof and the ceilings in three rooms of the motor home, It was in for service for months, and when we got t it back it looked nice! A month later we decided to trade it in, it cost over $14000 for the repairs and when we tried trading it in Colten said it was only cosmetically repaired, there was still thousand of dollars worth of damage remaining, Camping world would not fix the problem, and we were out thousands on our trade in,.
We also paid an additional $67 to have the drivers side mirror fixed, they taped it and gave it back to us like that, she said it must have been the only way they could have fixed it and the majority of the cost was for labor! What a joke, I would avoid camping world repairs at all cost, they just do *** work!
