I discovered last year that they probably have a policy of charging for at least a blown bulb when going in for just a $6 NYS Inspection, if they can't get you for new brakes or tires.I didn't think much of it until I noticed they had done it before.

I normally check my bulbs before I go in. They should take up their issue with the profitability with NYS and not take it out on the consumer. The service guy there, Brian, is usually in a bad mood, dismissive, and annoyed most of the time. Stay away from him.

Shannon is pleasant and listens and tries hard.

Once I discovered that the company will be dishonest to meet profit goals, I decided I won't be sucker punched by them again.They should just accept the loss knowing that if they treat you well, that they will be back for ball bearing repacks and other work.

You can take your rv anywhere that does ny state inspections. We did ours at jiffy lube
