I bought 2 6 lug VersaLock Trailer Hub covers from Camping World online based, in part, on two positive reviews. Both covers fell off within 1,000 miles.
I submitted negative feedback on that product. Customer feedback is not automatically posted. They review the feedback and decide whether or not to post it. They did not post my negative feedback.
So, the next customer only sees the same two positive reviews that contributed to my buying the product.
How can we trust the Camping World website feedback if they filter out the bad ones. They should show all, or none; not just the good ones.
