Left RV for a very simple repair (put glass, which we had already procured from manufacturer, in 2 exterior rear view mirrors), which was a 5 minute job. Told we'd get it back the next day. Ready 5 days later. When we left the RV, asked them to be sure fridge was left on. 5 days later fridge was off, hot in side, destroying all - $419.12 for food & $805.00 medicine.
Service manager said they would replace all. Total bill was $1224.12. They reimbursed $1000 but not all. Been fighting them since June 25 2016!
Service mgr left the company, customer service wont help, store manager refuses to reimburse what we were promised.
General manager refuses to pay the rest, even tho the service manager offered to pay it all.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Camping World. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1224 and wants Camping World to issue a full refund.
The most disappointing in user's experience was attitude and lack of responsibility. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
