CW's managers are so ineffective at interpersonal communication that it defies belief they are allowed to represent your company and meet the public. Both finance managers were rude, confrontational and non-enaging.

The "bait and switch" on trade-in pricing was epic. I fell for it once, decided to let it pass, and then got hit over the head with it again sitting at the desk ready to close the deal. After burning hours and hours of time, I was morally forced to get up and leave. The fellow who gave me the "orientation" knew dramatically less about the RV than I did.

He was lost. My sales guy was friendly enough, though it rang very hollow when repeatedly said he was "going to bat for me." CW clearly allows their sales people no autonomy/authority to get any deal done. I have since struck a deal and purchased a new 5th wheel/traded mine in with one of your competitors, today. They offered me the same price CW did originally, only they stuck with their offer until the end.

I wouldn't recommend CW to any person, living or dead.

The experience left me with a distinctly lessened opinion of humanity. Bert
