We could not of been any happier with the sales experience.Misty was great and helped us through the entire process but once their was a problem they want nothing to do with you.

Ours was a cash deal, no paperwork, no waiting. Spending over $50,000 I thought would mean something but not to them. They continued to push us from person to person and everyone had an excuse on why things were not getting done. Rear awning over the toy hauler delivered not working - drove over an hour - twice - to get it fixed only to be told they had to reorder a new one - which we asked them to do in the beginning.

Cover that was included did not fit and now we are waiting, again for a replacement one. Getting a phone call back is asking for a miracle, nobody gets messages, or so we are told. Service department was rude and disrespectful. After speaking to a manager, we were told someone would make it right and contact us.

Well here we are, 4 months later and still waiting.Our last 3 RV's were purchased from Buffalo and we thought buying closer to home would be better if service was ever needed well guess what - We will never be doing another purchase from Camping World in Syracuse.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Customer service.
