Purchased a Suburban P-40 furnace, when it arrived payed to have a plumber out to install, found out that fan was damaged. Called Camper World and was told that the manufacturer would have to contact me to get it replaced and how to send it back.
I called 3 times, was told the same thing and that they would be contacting me. No one has contacted me, I wanted to just exchange it, but now I've had to buy from another source and want to just get a refund, as it is needed to heat a RV type tiny home.
Buyer beware! I bought from Camping World and I expect Camping World to handle this.
