I have tried to talk to the Service Manager 3 or 4 times and is
to busy to talk with me on an issue with my fifth wheel. So be it
I will be doing my business elsewhere here in Colorado. I've have been getting supplies and parts at CW for two decades and the
last two times service has been not been up to there quality
in the past. I've contacted he main headquarters with no action
on there part, when my CW card expires I will think of not
renewing it. It's too bad that the customer service now sucks...
