Since purchasing my coach in June 2015, it has been more in the shop than parked at my house ready for use. Main slide replaced.

bedroom slide needed adjusting, water leak into coach, needed to be returned twice to find and repair cause,entee doors adjusted twice, bay door locks adjusted twice, only did one instead of all,radio replaced, antenna booster replaced, passenger seat adjustment repaired twice, fire alarms remounted, ice maker malfunction connection loose, sink window valence fell of, outside water valve replaced replaced and only connected with one retainer nut. Spare part deliveries between 4 - 6 weeks, wrong spares ordered or delivered whome ever you believe. Installtion times excessive 2-3 days. Coach not cleaned after installation, other items broken during installation.

Every time I piked up the coach after repair we found something else or incomplete repairs. Slide out was opened against stops and stop jammed between caoch and slide frame, all fuses blown but not reported. would panesl were replaced wit cheap plywood and nails. Wire shavings and clippings were not cleaned up and screws ,nots and bolds were left on the floor.

Coach was not cleaned after repairs.

80 Words is not enough to discribe all the things. My cutomer satisfaction rating for the Fort Myers service group is a 1 and that is generous.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Would go somewhere else after warranty.
