My husband and I purchased a 2015 Thor Challenger from Camping World in Garner NC.....January of this year. While talking with the sales department and during the process of the purchase we were treated extremely nice and all our questions were answered as well as our calls being returned.

We took our motor coach on our first trip and were told to return it with any they knew with a new coach we would have some. Our first list consist of 17 items! During the first six months, we had the coach two months and Camping World had it four months. It has been quite an experience dealing with the service department!

We live an hour and a half from Garner so the expense of traveling back and forth has been very costly. Most of the problems have now been fixed...all it the issue with the hot water heater. It has been there twice for the same issue and still is not fixed! We called this week to schedule an appointment and were told it would be January before we could take it for work.

Not acceptable!!! My husband left messages for the service manager and the writer that handles our issues...neither have returned his call.

When you spend the kind of money we would expect better customer it's not a million dollar motor coach BUT we expect at least for our calls to be returned and questions to be answered!!

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Camping World. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
