Camping World in Kansas City, MO (Grain Valley) is terrible. We bought a camper May 1, 2015 and still waiting for their service department to fix issues that were supposedly fixed when walk-through completed.

We continue to hear excuses as to why the parts have not come in from the manufacturer. We made a 5 hour roundtrip (we paid for gas and tolls) to their location to fix the issues. When arrived, service department said they did not have the parts they told us they had just 2 hours earlier. If I could abandon the camper on their doorstep, I would.

Do not do business with this company. We learned a little too late that there are nationwide complaints about camping world!!!!!!!!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Our sales person brook.

I didn't like: Lack of response, After-sales service, Bad customer service, General manager.

Explain situation. They might expedite delivery/repairs.
