Not resolved

I ordered on June 2, 2015 $170 worth of products and I have

yet to receive three items. I was charged for everything up-front

even though there was a back order worth $108.99. I have sent

two e-mails but can't get any reply telling me anything. Also,

when we attempted to get info of the status of our items, we

could not do so because we placed the order directly with one of

Camping World's Representatives. That does not make any sense.

Anyone should be able to get information on their order regardless

of how the order was placed.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
