Ordered a cover for our Camper from the website. After 2 weeks there was no update.

Contacted customer service and was told it was on backorder until the following month.

Waited 2 more weeks and called customer service again, this time they said it was on backorder until the end of the next month....they charged my card the day the order was placed. Customer service stated that this is typical of the cover manufacturers, but they won't post it on the website....they just want your money
