First I bought a 2017 Heritage GLENN first camping trip water heater spark inginter failed. I took camper in for repair.after making an appointment.

Camper was there 9 days no work done. Then I took part back for warranty they told me I need to get warranty from Heritage glenn?? I did not by the camper from (Heritage Glenn)? After about an Hr I did get warranty part?

The other items that was wrong I repaired my self. (Ex fan running backwards slide rubbing floor. Now it is back at Camping world with water leak under camper after making appointment I was told repair will be over a week? Not sure making appointments two weeks in advance helps?

I was told when I purchased camper winter anti-freez was first time was free. When I left camper on Oct. I was told they never winterize first year. Look for this in purchase paper work have not found my BAD taking sales man word.

I will let you know about repair of water leak first year WARRANTY?

Hope I am wrong but have been Hearing camping world bills customers for Factory Warranty. Hope they do not do this to me.
