Our new travel trailer, bought at Camping World, was hit by a commercial vehicle. The company that owns the vehicle that hit us is cooperating, they just want a repair estimate. Camping World said we would have the estimate in 2 or 3 days. 9 days later there is no estimate. Even worse, we have not been able to even been able to actually talk to the service people who promised the estimate. Leaving messages with whoever happens to answer the phone has accomplished nothing more than unkept promises someone would get right back to us.

I purchased a 2018 Keystone Bullet travel trailer at Camping World, Kingston, NY, in August 2018. Since the purchase, I have taken the RV back 3 times to repair a bolt that is sticking out in the middle of the floor near slide out. 3 times I was told that it has been fixed. I just took the RV out the weekend of May 3, 2019, and the bolt is still sticking out. I can't figure out why they can't repair this. I have been dealing with Nick Pendell and do not want to continue bringing it to him. I tried calling the service manager and still waiting on a response. I just tried calling the service manager again and was told he was at another store and won't be back till next week. I asked for the number of the other store he was at, and was told they did not know. I just want this thing fixed!!!!

Camping world nightmare

Our brand new mallard m33 trailer is currently in the shop for the third time in less than a year. The Rv is currently in the shop for a broken awning, manufacture recall on a light and a alignment issue. It will have been in the shop a month on the 15th only to be told the odd tire wear is our problem and now they can work on the other items. Really 3 weeks on one item than move to the next? Anyway the trailer is less than a year old, I'm guessing with less than 500 miles on it. How can this be our issue? And no clear reason has been explained to us. I leave voice messages with our service representative hoping for a call back only to get a email response. But this is what we are currently dealing with. Let me start from the beginning. 1st trip out 4 day weekend, fridge broke, scheduled for repair and trailer was fixed. The techs fixed the fridge but put *** in the flooring and broke the master door. 2nd trip out ,we noticed heater was not working right, removed maintenance door and noticed vent was not plumbed to anything just loose in the wall. Scheduled to have this repaired as well as the damages done during previous repair. We picked up the rig after repairs were made and were told the heater was fixed. I removed the maintenance door at camping world and the vent was still loose in the wall, what the heck we were flat out lied too. The tech ran the pipe through the wall in the parking lot and added a vent cover. Not even sure if that was correct but whatever. We still do not get heat in our center island. But we were happy to get trailer back and move on. 3rd trip out , noticed odd tire wear when pulled over at a rest stop , we decided to relax and have lunch opened awning and it would not come back in , dang it. I retracted the awning manually and we were on our way. Scheduled a service to have repaired and that's where we are at today. I'm being told the alignment is our problem and deal with it. Never again will I do business with this company

Bought a Roadmaster Tow Dolly before Christmas. One of the tire was punctured by a staple that held the crate together. Dropped the tire off two weeks ago and it was verified that it was punctured. Here it is January 22nd and I still am getting the run around. Every time I call to speak to someone I am transferred to a voice mail. Which no one has ever called me back. VERY DISSATISFIED !!!!! I suppose once they have your $$$ you are no longer very important. I find it amazing that they somehow advocate their exemplary customer service claims. It actually sucks ...

Never again will I go to Camping World

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! ! I am single and my daughter and I decided to purchase a camp trailer so we could get away from the Arizona heat in the summer. We had looked at every camp trailer possible and decided to purchase a new Northland from Camping World in Oct 2016. First time we took it out, March 2017, we found a water leak under the shower. Took it in to Camping world and thought it had been fixed. Second time I took it out, July 2017, Arizona Monsoon Season, 10 days in the mountains, water pored in through the sky light warping my bathroom counter top. The Sensors for the Black, Grey and Fresh water was not working correctly, the water pump wouldn’t shut off and the refrigerator would not light unless the stove was lit. I took it to camping world to have the repairs done and got the run around. They wouldn’t touch the sensors unless I paid them to clean out the tanks. The refrigerator, I was told, had debris that looked like leaves in it and they said they wouldn’t fix it. Please tell me this…..I have owned this trailer for 9 months, it sits in a back yard nowhere near any trees or bushes. How in the H___ is there going to be debris in the refrigerator unless it was there when I bought it?????? The pump wouldn’t shut off because there was still a leak behind the shower poring out under the trailer. This they fixed without an issue. And now for the biggest problem……The Sky Light in the bathroom is cracked! While camping for 10 days in the White Mountains we had a huge monsoon go through. My daughter and I are stuck in the down pore and I noticed that water was poring in through the sky light. If you live in AZ you know we don’t get a lot of rain but when we do it pores! The water coming in warped the counter top in the bathroom. I had two people In the Service department state there was NO IMPACT to the Sky light. Warranty refused to fix it. It was submitted to them again and they again refused to fix it! Camping world service department kept my trailer for over 3 months and it was returned to me right after the SO CALLED WARRANTY ran out. I now have the task of crawling on top of my camp trailer and replacing the sky light myself. I still have a warped counter top! After a long argument Camping World dropped my tanks, without me paying for it, and found that the sensor was defective and replaced it. I called in for an update after they had my trailer and couldn’t get anyone to call me back. My Tech, Mike, was AWFUL!!! I found out later he was a manager. I called again at 2 months and couldn’t get him to call me back. I finally get a call back at 2 ½ months telling me they aren’t going to fix the sky light but would submit again. 3 month mark I called every day for a wk just asking for an update. No call back. When I did get a call it was to tell me to come get my trailer because they were not going to fix anything else. I do not recommend Camping world to anyone. I will make sure everyone I know hears how they handle customers. I no longer shop at Camping World online or otherwise. I will go out of my way to shop elsewhere.
