We purchased a 2014 24' Keystone Bullet that was in perfect condition, so the quality was very good. On our maiden voyage, we sprung leaks in the water lines, holding tank gauges quit working and one of the inside cabinets collapsed.

Once home, we took the unit back to Camping World to determine the repairs and costs. There was some question as to who was responsible for the repairs since we did not purchase an extended service contract. It was determined that the difficulty was in the placement on the hitch and the weight distribution bars which had caused the unit to bounce up and down, and so all the repair problems. Ken Stumpe, the General Manager was very cooperative and took care of all the repairs without any cost to us.

We did think it prudent though to purchase a 3-years service contract for any problems we might incur later on. Lou Astuto, the salesman who sold us the unit was extremely helpful and made sure our problems were addressed...we are extremely pleased...
