i just brought a 2016 Winnebago Vista LX, took it in for some upgrades on Friday and never heard back from the service advisor who is also the service manager until Wednesday. I called and left messages like i was trying to contact the President of these United States.
No luck, finally i got his email and he responded. Keep in mind the work should have been done in 2 days as they claimed. Second concern i have is they left another customer camper outside in the cold for weeks without winterizing it.
Turns out it suffered from 8K in damage to the whole plumbing system. I told the wife this is my first and last experience there.
