i just brought a 2016 Winnebago Vista LX, took it in for some upgrades on Friday and never heard back from the service advisor who is also the service manager until Wednesday.I called and left messages like i was trying to contact the President of these United States.
No luck, finally i got his email and he responded. Keep in mind the work should have been done in 2 days as they claimed. Second concern i have is they left another customer camper outside in the cold for weeks without winterizing it.
Turns out it suffered from 8K in damage to the whole plumbing system.I told the wife this is my first and last experience there.
