Came in for "warranty work" on a 4 month a/c that doesn't work. Took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us then the first thing Sonya (woman at the counter) stated, it's Monday and it's our busiest day so it won't be until after lunch if we can even look at it then.
Looking at her in disbelief due to her poor attitude, I said the a/c is blowing air at 76°. She prceeded to roll her eyes and say, "It will be a process because its warranty work and we'll have to send it back." My husband asks how are you sending it back, it's on top of my motorhome.
She let out a digusted sigh and said, "The paperwork, it's warranty work and it's a long process." Needless to say, I suppose we'll have to go to the main office in Bowling Green to get something done. DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THROUGH CW, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE EXCUSES TO NOT WORK ON YOUR UNIT.
