We wanted to buy an RV, put the application, and provided all the requested information. This was in December and it's been almost four weeks and they never answer, receive our phone call (they are always busy with a customer) and never gave us any response.

To this day we don't know if it was approved or not.

They are unprofessional, rude, and their customer service sucks. They don't greet you when you go there, you have to request their attention or chace them to answer questions.
