My 2005 Itasca Sunova was recently struck by lightning.The priblems caused were numerous including knocking out both A/C units, the refrigerator and the cirvut bosrds conttollingbelectticsl distrubution.
The dealership where i bought it new ssid i coild not bringbitnin for 6 weeks snd to expect 6 - 8 weeks for repairs. Camping World in New Brsunfels got it in two days later and although the dsmsge was extensive and complex they hot it iut within a couple of weeks.
The Service Msnager, Bill Heinrich, took a personal interest in my situation, stsyed on top of it znd kept me ingormed every strp of the way.I am not particularly quick to complimentent a business for doing their job as expected but the service at Csmping World New Brsunfels was excepional snd i want to thank them.
