After making an initial appointment SEVEN weeks ago to get some repairs done on our RV, we are back in the service department today for the 3rd time. Since we are full time RVers this has been extremely disrupting to our lives.
After being told all the parts were in twice (which they were not) we made a second attempt at contacting a manager. Our initial voicemail message was not returned. Yesterday, Bill the service manager finally spoke with us. He assured us once again that all the parts were in and we made an appointment for 8:00am today June 18th to get everything done on the list once and for all.
We arrived at 7:50am and we were told the manager would be right with us. After waiting for 45 minutes, we told the desk technician to have him call us as we had another appointment. He was expecting us yet failed to meet our appointment time. Our top priorities were relayed air conditioning and a seal around one of the slides.
We were assured these things would be taken care of first and quickly. 7 weeks later the thermostat for the ac and the seal are still not in place. The massive amounts of heavy rains during all of this delay for 7 weeks has caused our floor to be soaked repeatedly! Who will pay for those repairs?
We will see if anything will be rectified.
