We purchased a new 2016 Grey Wolf travel trailer in June2016 from Camping World Robertsdale Alabama. Camper we traded was checked completely but apparently same courtesy was not done on new one! Items identified while on our first trip have still not been repaired! We have made long trip to Calera Alabama Camping World to have problems ironed out but after a month there, problems have not been corrected! We now have to make another lengthy trip...

*******Attention Winnebago Fuse Owners Especially State of Florida********** Do not use the Service Department at Camping World located at 5175 W Irlo Bronson Hwy Kissimmee Fla 34846. Their workmanship is the worst I have ever seen after several calls to the District Manager and Corporate office they could care less reference my opinions. They perfomed work on my RV without checking with me on an installation procedure. The sad thing I have...

Left RV for a very simple repair (put glass, which we had already procured from manufacturer, in 2 exterior rear view mirrors), which was a 5 minute job. Told we'd get it back the next day. Ready 5 days later. When we left the RV, asked them to be sure fridge was left on. 5 days later fridge was off, hot in side, destroying all - $419.12 for food & $805.00 medicine. Service manager said they would replace all. Total bill was $1224.12. They...

Every time we needed something fixed Jayco would deny camping world and then I would have to call Jayco after 2 or 3 phone calls you get someone to talk to Jayco. And they always approved the issues but this was nothing but a pain to deal with it was as if camping world didn't even try to contact Jayco on the issues. The last issue was the worst I took it in for an alignment and you would not believe what Jayco had done to this rig at the time...

I have gaps in the awning bracket and it looks like an inexperienced service worker did the job. Now I have to buy clear seam sealant and do it right myself. I get the camper home and noticed that someone stole one of my bumper caps and replaced it with a disgusting, rotted out bumper caps, are you kidding me?!?!? I pray I never have to take to back to Camping World Akron ever again. We were warned NOT to buy our camper at this place, we should...

I brought a camper in to Camping World in Oxford, Al on June 4, 2016. And afted it being there for over two months i called wanting to know why the grey water tank leak hadnt been fixed yet! Anonymous I had to wires ran for a break controller. One for for the electric breaks, other was to keep the RV battery charged while traveling. 1.5 hours of labor cost me $204.00 The...

Camping World is only interested in selling you their products. They have the rudest, most inept service department in the business. This is not based on just one experience. If you buy from this company, be prepared to find someone else to fix it. I think The Profit could benefit from paying attention to his own business. once they have your money, you are a mere annoyance. RVs break and fail all the time, so ask yourself, do you want to give...

I feel like camping world has burned me. I have a new Keystone Cougar that the power converter went out on our second time camping Labor Day weekend. No lights No AC. We took it to the service department on Labor Day expecting it to be fixed. Today is October 3rd and it is still not fixed. Probably not till 10/28..... Be very wary of the disappearing warranty from Keystone and the service from Camping World. Warranty Approval and the shipping...

The outside shower was broke, and Chad okayed them to order us a new shower thing. Well it is now the beginning of October and nothing has happened. They were supposed to order it and have it sent to the charleston SC store to have it installed. No one there knows anything about it. We have called gone into the Columbia store, no one will return our calls. They say they will call us right back. Ha. We went to the charleston store, talked to...

Took our motorhome to Camping world. $742.00 convertor. Battery dis-connect solenoids no good. (they said).1300.00 to fix them. found online for 59.00. Had to have towed to another shop. While at camping world there were four customers that had nothing good to say about them. I will never go back to Camping World. They think they are the cats meow for RV'ers. You will never walk out of there satisfied, whether it be buying one from them or...
