I have a 1 month old forest river vibe 268rks. After the first trip following issues: slide harness broke and fell on the tire during drive and all wires was scrubbed through. Tv hookup outside not working, hitch jack light not working, found that there supposed to be a cover on the stove and gas hose for outside grill was missing and the brakes locking up at slow speed. Camping World produces TV ads touting the number of service centers nationwide. Gives consumers the idea the have help closeby. They can help but you will wait forever to get it. Needed help in Council Bluffs, IA on way home to Florida in mid September and was cheerfully told thr could get us in in October to take a look. No idea how much longer to actually get repair done. Was quoted a price two times on phone drove 1 1/2 hours to store to put a new refrigerator was told a 4 hour job had to stay over a extra day from Wednesday 8:30 am to Thursday 5:30 pm then was charged 400. Over what we were told and workers left a mess in floor took them 40 minutes to find our fifth wheel when we finely could pick it up and refrigerator doors were on backwards had to redo.

I purchased a new Heartland RL 250 from Camping World Jax , in March 2016. Sales dept. was spot on ! We will never buy anything from camping world found a class A rv agree on price put 1000.00 down then drove 7 hr to get there stayed in hotel tell morning got there spent 6 hr not agree on interest rate and rv was not ready I think I should have walked away but that said they whorls fix but they didn't so that why I'll never go to camping world

Camping World Akron Ohio is the worst run place on the planet. They installed steering stabilizer BACKWARDS!! Now they have had my RV for over a 30 days for tile replacement & other miner repairs that was needed when I got it. I had it 2 weeks, they have had 30 days & now they have broken out the windshield !!!!unreal!!! DO NOT GO TO CAMPING WORLD AKRON OHIO!!

We sent our camper in during the first week of June. We are STILL waiting for it to get fixed. I was told there was a "paperwork error". They have had our camper for over 4 months. We just missed our entire summer of camping. I HATE CAMPING WORLD!!!

First we have had to wait weeks for a warranty appointment and once appointment date arrives weeks for parts to come in and now waiting for them to have "room" to do warranty repair. This is insane. WE purchased the RV to be able to spend time with our kids and family, not have it waiting for warranty repairs for over a month!!! Some of the repairs are being done for the second time because they did not repair correctly the first time. ...
