I BOUGHT 2014 THOR HURRICANE MOTORHOME IN JANUARY OF 2015 AND I HAVE USED IT A TOTAL OF 8 TIMES SINCE THEN.IT IS NOW IN THE SHOP HAVING REPAIRS DONE AND HAVE TRIED TO GET ANSWERS AS TO ANYTHING BEING DONE ON IT.

THE SERVICE MANAGER DIDN'T KNOW AND WOULD HAVE TO CHECK AND CALL ME. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU AND IT APPEARS THAT NOTHING BEEN DONE ON IT AND IT HAS BEEN THERE GOING 4 WEEKS. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE AND ALSO THE MANAGER DOESN'T WANT TO HELP YOU. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER MOTORHOME FROM THERE OR GETTING ANY SERVICE WORK DONE .

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THE SERVICE.THIS IS GOING ON EVERYWHERE.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of 2014 thor motor coach hurricane. Camping World needs to "i want my motorhome fixed and return to me in a timely manner and not give me the run around" according to poster's claims.
