Ordered 2 matching mats, one came one didn't. After being on hold for 30 min was told the other would be over-nighted as we were leaving our location in 3 days.
It wasn't over-nighted until the 3rd day and then to THE WRONG ADDRESS. Was on hold again for another 30 min. Was told they'd cancel shipment, they DIDNT. Called corporate headquarters TWICE was told a supervisor would call me back TWICE, they DIDNT.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ON-LINE AGAIN. EVER!!!!!!!!
