We took our Winnebago Tour into this Service Dept.for normal oil change and filter and generator service (oil change and filter).
We were having no issues, just normal maintenance. When the service tech finished and pulled the MH out of the service bay one of the other tech's noticed an oil leak, so they took it back into the bay and said they had put in a bad filter so they supposedly put in another one. We left Jacksonville and drove to SC. For the first time ever, we had a problem with our generator, it just stopped working.
The next morning my husband discovered oil leaking. We took it to Camping World, Statesville, NC. They found the new oil filter put on in Jacksonville was very loose. They also found Jacksonville had not put a filter on the generator.
When my husband called the Service Manager in Jacksonville about the generator filter he hung up on my husband.
WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE AGAIN AND WOULD SUGGEST IF YOU VALUE YOUR MOTORHOME YOU WON'T EITHER.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Camping World. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Camping World to issue a full refund.
The most disappointing in user's experience was lack of good service and manager. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
