We bought our RV last year at Camping World Jacksonville,FL the sales person was absolutely wonderful.Unfortunately I can not say the same for the service department.

We have been currently living in our RV because my husband is in the military. Our AC unit went out. We called them on a Wednesday and was told bring down on Saturday. "We will take a look at it and fix it for you because of your circumstances." Well that did NOT happen.

The RV was taken down on Saturday, and we learned that they would not be taking at look at it because they only had a Skeleton Crew. But it would be fixed on Monday because they had a truck coming in with AC units. Monday afternoon we called them, and we were told "oh no" it has to be approved for the warranty. On Tuesday we were told it will be "3 more days." 10 days!

We have had to stay in a hotel, and have already paid the RV park to stay.

Each time we call them no one seems to know what is going on.I hope that we do NOT have to use them for anything in the future!

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Camping World. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $350 and wants Camping World to offer any options to resolve the issue.
