Purchased a $42,000 trailer, Mike head of service does not return calls as promised, this place is total rip off!Marcus is a ***-artist just a 2 bit low life!

Yes Marcus big man on tv but not a man at all! Trailer stereo did not work from start! tech's answer was get any 10 year old to show how to do it( thanks Jeff) windows scratched, slide does not close correctly! ( slide out tech not on duty!) could not adjust slide out!

Brakes staying on from pick-up their advice use it for a few months the make a list of defective items and schedule an appointment? Oh yeah they need your RV for 2 months for ANY warranty! Techs do not know how to work on rv's! Warranty with Marcus ( camping world) is good through purchase only!

Stay away from this place!

Sales men are great but upper management are just plan rip offs!Camping world Kingston is not a place where management can hold their heads ups up total low lifes!

Please contact the author of this review to discuss "not there" of rv repair. Camping World needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.

I totally agree.I bought a new 2016 Thor windsport, has over forty issues after a weeks use, called Mike.

He said he'd take care if he, then when I showed up, he avoided me for two hours.This is a shame!
