I've had the same problem since January! My issue is with the Calera AL location.

This place should be closed!

Management is fired every few months and corporate is no help. Especially Marcus Lemonis!

Camping World in Wayland, Iowa - Install

First this is not a complaint. My wish is that Camping World review how they advertise their products. They advertise "let us install....", however the qu.oted price to install is not always the install price. "Let us install...." only applies to simple installations. The installation of furniture and big ticket items have hidden costs by the dealer. Before making your purchase contact your local Camping World dealer and inquire about the total cost of installation for each item. Camping World does not tell you the whole cost. It is up to you to investigate so there are no surprises. I have to say the staff at Camping World was very pleasant and easy to work with. I fault corporate office for not being straight forward in advertising. I have talked with them and made some suggestions for change. Just make sure you do your homework before purchasing.

Needed 2 new side cams for my coach. Went to store in Cocoa FL and the service writer wrote a contract for the parts AND installation. At the time, there was an installation special (INSTALL ANYTHING $59.95). As expected they charged that price for each side, ordered the parts and set an installation date of Jan. 28 2019. 2 days later I got a call form them saying it was not a warranty issue???? I NEVER SAID IT WAS!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Unfortunately I would have to pay $680 just for installation!!!!!!!!!!! So I cancelled the whole thing. This is pure BS! ***

Camping World - Fast sale very slow service

Brought a 2018 Cedar Creek, salesman was very helpful during the sale and about a week after, passed us to warranty, they have gotten all items approved to be covered but does not keep us posted as far as when we will get the items delivered to us. Service dept there install 2 vent shrounds on top, one works one does not, told the manager right away, still no action on it, but i owed them 13.00 for sealant they forgot to collect and they called and demanded it right now. My complaint is very very slow customer service. Needs major improvment on service and getting bsck to customers.

Camping World - Bad RV sales

On April 11, 2018 we bought a used Chateau M-29 TB Chateau Citation in very good shape we created a list items to be done to unit Install leveler Jacks with inside controls,unit manuals, TV remote, privacy curtain, replace water damage panel next to microwave. on May 28,2018 we went to pickup unit put down leveler jacks they work put them backup and when I got ready to leave jacks sensor was going off saying jacks where still down.was told it would have to checked out on Tuesday 6/2/18 and damaged panel was ordered. i have called 20 times and have been told they had to order parts to fix jacks and panel. on June 13,2018 i called salesman and he would not return my calls, Talked with service department and was told unit would be ready on Friday 15,2018 and they would call me, on June 20,2018 i called 5 times and could not get answer if unit was ready. on June 21 I called again 10:00 am and was told unit would be ready today would call me back. on June 21,2018 was told unit was ready to go but Damaged panel was not ordered. i have made 3 payments on unit and still have not been able to go camping. have been lied to so many times i Don't i guess i need contact an attorney to get this fixed.

Camping World - Service at CW Robertsdale Al.

I am very displeased with recent service. I called and ordered over $4k of suspension upgrade parts and made an appointment to have them installed. One particular item was Sumo Springs. Long story short, Dropped off the RV and they installed everything but the Sumo Springs ,stating they would not fit due to a brace the was in the way. I contacted Sumo and was sent pictures and a video showing that the parts could be installed. I sent them to my service writer. It is clear in the picture that the springs could be installed and the brace was not an issue. The service writer then called me back and said there was nothing he could do because that mechanic was the only one they had qualified to do the installing that per the instructions they would not fit. I guess in reality I'm glad he didn't install them with an outlook like that. Guess Ill be taking all my buisness elsewhere from now on. I'm calling the service manager tomorrow and at least getting back the freight they charged me on this order.

Camping World - They call it Customer Service but it's NOT

What a terrible company. Why would anyone with any dignity work for this company? Every CW location I have dealt with is the same. Rude service people. Incompetent and technicians. They don't do what they promise, and the mess up what they do. The "service" department's don't answer their phone, or hang up on people. They ruined a brand new Jayco Motor Home during the installation of some very high priced extras. Just shame on them. Manufactures need to stop sending units to these people to sell. People need to start suing CW for the poor work done. That's what I am going to do.
