purchased a 2017 motor home in April 2016, drove it home (4hrs.) after checking everything out (which is what the dealer told us to do) we found quite a few things that needed to be fixed.we drove it back to camping world in May, was there for approximately 4 hrs, while they looked at all the items and took pictures.
They needed all of this to get the approval of Forest River to be able to fix everything.(warranty work). WAITING!!!!!!!!! Every time we call, they will of have to call us back. Problem being just like most of the other reviews I've read they DO NOT call back.
We have to call again and there is ALWAYS a different excuse.My advise (in hind site) SO NOT purchase from or have work done at any Camping World.

Camping World needs to "have some customer service, return a persons phone call. we have lives and can not and should not have to sit and wait for you to call" according to poster's claims.
