I bought a new Dutchmen camper from camping world Paid 39,000. for it Got GREAT service from the sales department but then when you need it serviced its a disgrace My camper has set their for 5 days and not even been looked at.

When I get upset with them they act like I should just set and wait on them .I could understand if they had looked at it but it is still not even been looked at When you call they say it might be 2 to 3 weeks Not what they said when I left it there. Was told it would be ready by the weekend  No one will leave their camper seating and waiting to be serviced for 3 weeks Had a trip planned will cost me money to cancel at this late a date Then Audrey had the nerve to tell me not to curse at her because I told her  its not my fault they can not get their *** together.

The last time I checked that is not a curse word Not nice to say but her attitude was not very nice either. Best thing I can say is DO NOT BUY A CAMPER FROM CAMPING WORLD

Product or Service Mentioned: Camping World Rv Repair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

I didn't like: Way i was lyed to and taliked to by audrey in service dept.

It October 11th and never received a call from manger about my complaint I guess they don’t care about you once they sell the camper Took my camper to Tom Johnson in Marine and they fixed the camper in one day Excellent service So people go to Tom Johnson Camping World if you want service on your campet
