We bought a brand new 2017 Fuzion at Phoenix NASCAR race last November. Picked it up first week of December.

Used it twice for Christmas and New Years weekends and had all kinds of issues. Dragged it home to Vegas and had Vegas location start the warranty work. They had it for SIX weeks and never touched it. Then we took it back to Phoenix for races week and again more problems.

Try dry camping in 100+ degree weather with no generator. Ended up renting a commercial generator for 4 days so we could survive. Made arrangements to drop it off at Avondale store on March 20th. Well SEVEN months later and weekly harrassing calls on our part and the manufacturer it is “fixed”.

We are picking it up next week just in time for races again. If it wasn’t for Darcy at the manufacturer, I don’t think they would ever have fixed it if they even did. Unless you call and harass the service department nothing happens. Do you think camping world offered any help.

We even paid for the Good Sam extended warranty. That expires in a month. We really never got to use the coach. What we got was a monthly storage bill, insurance and payments and no use of our “vacation home”.

We never got to go to the river where we spend most summer weekends. What a F’’N joke.
