Buyer beware of camping world in myrtle beach sc. High volume in sales but low low on service.

We just bought a brand new 2017 rock wood trailer and had problems with our slides. Was charged 250 for an electrical box because they could not recreate the problem. I made phone calls to service managers for full refund but all denied. Called the GM and he told me he would look into never heard back.

Wrote to CEO of camping world waiting for response. Now we were heading out for our first trip with our never used trailer and guess what now, our refrigerator doesn't work. Called service department three days later still no call back.

Buy at a ma and pa rv place better customer service.
