My husband and I have nothing but the best customer service at Camping World Katy Texas..

OMG Jennifer Bruce is absolute the best at her job. Every time we have a problem with our RV she really takes care of us..We brought our RV (Aria) in 2018 had some problems, but Jennifer always took care of us with that AWESOME ATTITUDE. As a customer it make you feel really good that she care about the problem you’re having. I’m telling you Camping World Katy Texas is the best no doubt about it... We had a special request which wasn’t available but Ken Simmons kept us in his file until the the unit that fit our needs was found. Ken was very matter of fact without any pressure,hype or b.s. Camping World - Ripped Off

We purchased a Keystone 379FLOK and were billed for $12K in warranties (23% of the cost of the trailer!), all but one we specifically said we did not want. The only one we felt was necessary was the extended warranty since it has 6 slides and hydraulic Jack's. They automatically made it a 7 year warranty without asking us how many years we wanted it for. It took months of emails and phone calls that went mostly unanswered until we contacted the BBB and Illinoise Attorney General. Amazingly, we were issued the remaining money they owed us. This amounts to nothing more than retail theft! Will never do business with them again, even though we had a pretty good experience with their service department.
