My first impression of this place was good the salesman was nice very helpful quick and easy
But two weeks three weeks within having my new camper I started having problems with it no big deal so I thought I know new stuff has problems sometimes but initially taken it in they said a week to two weeks tops five weeks later they finally contact me back after several calls it was still not done they call me back later that day it was done So I take the 2 Hour Dr. to pick up my camper and needless to say not even half was done the new parts they ordered says was just as bad as the old so we come to agreement I take my camper they would order the new parts and let me know when it comes in the Jack that was bent in the awning that leaks was not their problem they say now this camper is brand-new never been used 2017 model but not their problem now I have a leak where my hot water heater is the caulk is bad so when it rained it leaked so clean my floor and ruining the Couchwood and cabinet wood now I have to take it in again to argue with them about who's fault this is this camper is still less than three months old if this don't work I'm calling coachman myself or I'm get me an lawyer to make him take the camper back and I'll go buy me a new one elsewhere
