I must say Camping World has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Our new camper left the dealership with a short in the brake light (we realized this on our way home) that we cannot get fixed without "authorization from the manufacturer".

So, we have to drive our camper that has an electrical issue three hours from home because the dealership in town cannot work on the "manufacturer warranty" the first year.

Really!!! This should have been found and fixed in the inspection before they had us drive off!

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Camping World. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
