Purchased a new camper, pulled it home was going to stock it and prepare for our first trip. The slide would not open.
I call with disgust and they said to call a local dealer in my area. Yea try asking a dealer you didn't buy a unit from to service it. Took a day off of work and drove 4 hours round trip to drop it off. I went to give them the keys and they said they had master keys to get in.
Two days later I get a call that they need the keys because the dead bolt was locked. 25 dollars later they received them via Fed-Ex. Three weeks later still haven't got parts ordered. Quite a joke this has become.
Five hundred dollars lost due to gas, postage and loss of wages to return unit and no one is apologetic. If you go to Camping World of Cedar Falls, you have been warned.
