Purchased a 2015 Forest River Cardinal from Camping World in January. We knew there would be some delivery issues when taking on a new rig, but never anticipated getting them repaired would be such a problem.

The service department is unresponsive and does not return voicemail messages when left. In the four months that we have owned this fifth wheel more than 50% of the time has been spent in the camping world service area. The repair work that has been completed has been bare-bones and minimal. They were sure anxious to sell it to us, but not so anxious to help out with any service after the sale.

Finally able to pick it up and both batteries are dead. Sure wish we would have done more homework before selecting them to be the company we purchased from.

This reviewer shared experience about damaged or defective and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). Swack is overall dissatisfied with Camping World. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
