We bought a 2009 flagstaff Forest River in little rock Arkansas. They were supposed to give as a new awning and a new spare tire when we bought it.

They put tape on the awning and said that we agreed that it was OK and we ended up having to buy a new one. then the new one they said if we pay $300 which was half of it they would pay the rest The next day we got a paper in the mail from them saying that all new awnings are $300 When we confronted them about it they said they would take care of it but they didn't Now we have a problem with the tire and went to put the spare on and it has a hole the size of two quarters where you can see the wires inside the tread We took it to Camping World Warranty in California to be vacuumed and they put it in the back of the shop didn't allow was back there in May to sign paperwork saying that it was done satisfactorily before they would bring it out It wasn't vacuumed there were still stickers and dirt all over the carpet We will never use camping world again and we would advise anyone else to buy somewhere else unless they want to get screwed We will be getting an attorney and calling the attorney general when we get home Noel and Gabriella Anderson, Morrilton, AR
