Same bad service at the Fort Myers location every time we have been there! Sales and Parts and Sales and Installation are different.
Sales and Installation person is trying to keep up with customers needs while standing right beside them are the Sales and Parts and they stand around chit chatting. Perhaps customer service is not being stressed in training or perhaps corporate doesn't think customer service is required since they have the monopoly on the RV business across the US. We took the coach in for new door awning on Dec. 10 of 2013 and didn't get coach back until Jan.
22 of 2014. The awning would not retract properly after a quick trip to the east coast of Florida. Campers World is wanting to charge $70.
to look at it while it is still under warranty!
