2015 bought used 2009 Heartland North Trail from Camping World Memphis. It was over priced.
I didn't know it. I was sold two different insurance policies and all the bells Whistle.
I was told the wrinkles were nothing to worry about. The following year discovered black mold in bedroom at the head of the bed and front cap of the camper. Repaired and cost of $3000.
Neither insurance covered the repair. The wrinkles on the rear finally developed soft flooring at the tail under the window. Estimated cost of repair Over $6000. Not covered.
As it stands right now, the balance for the travel trailer pay off balance is just over $11,000.
Runaway from these crooks. Never ever buy Heartland or any of their brands under their parent company.
Reason of review: Miss leading sales personnel.
Monetary Loss: $8000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
