My wife and I purchased a 2019 heartland pioneer Rg26 From Camping World Richmond

Indiana. On Wednesday the 22nd We went camping that Saturday for the first time only owning the camper 3 days to find a large water leak. LED light under awning not working a rip in the kitchen screen along with a few other things that need fixed. Unhappy we emailed our salesman Jeff Cook who never responded to us. Service Manger Trent reassured us that everything will be fixed. They came picked up our NEW camper Monday and said all the leaks are repaired and they pressure tested the unit. Delivered it back to us for us to find a large gap in the rear door of this toy hauler. And they removed our power cord so we can not connect to a power box. Once again A HUGE FAIL with the service. We want to return this POS for full refund or a collateral replacement.

At this point we will have to seek legal help in this matter. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Well it seems they are ripping people off all over the US. Why are this crooks still in business?

My problem is with Camper World in New Braunfels, Texas and they have so many bad reviews regarding the same problems over and over.

We all need to get together and put them out of business or at least make them wish they were out of business. Gayle Lowe
