Camping World - Bad customer service from website
Another pissed off customer that they even had be yelling at them on the phone.Geesh order something website states in stock (should receive within 5-7 days) Order confirmed.
Said another email will come once shipped along with tracking number never got email called a week later and guess what. Oops don’t know why it hasn’t been processed yet. (Customer service says let me send them an email). It’s in Dallas tx (warehouse) I am 30 minutes from Dallas.
Tell them I want my order by Monday or just cancel. Well today is Monday no deliver call back- oops oh went email to shipping:processing and they will send me an email with tracking when it’s shipped. *** cancel they order. I am being told can’t cancel due to being in the shipping.
I say *** Bad service all the way round (yea I was yelling (heck keep lying to me and I will yell).!!!!Never again will I use them!!!
