Making a long story short. I have a 2012 Palomino Puma with an electric awning.

Last May the wind caught it and damaged it enough to make it very difficult to close. Called insurance company, they said get estimate. Purchased camper at Raper RV which is now CW. Took camper to CW in Greenwood on June 15th.

After taking ins co and CW almost 5 weeks to get a price settled, finally sent me the check to get repaired. CW ordered awning to replaced damaged one around end of July. Received parts August 11th, called me August 21st, wrong parts.

Now they tell me early next week (29th?). Have had camper 10 weeks today to replace an electric awning.

Product or Service Mentioned: Camping World Rv Repair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: To improve their service.
